Sarah Mitchell

Coach Sarah Mitchell brings over 15 years of volleyball coaching experience to NPower Aurora. A former Canadian national team player, she has dedicated her career to developing the next generation of athletes. Her coaching philosophy centers on building technical excellence while fostering a growth mindset and love for the game. Sarah holds an NCCP Level 3 certification and has led teams to multiple provincial championships. Under her direction, NPower Aurora has become one of the top volleyball development programs in the Lower Mainland.
